A ground up build for long time clients Harbor Village RV Park, who needed an updated ADA compliant commercial bathroom for their tenants and guests. The final bathroom building consists of a men’s and women’s side, each of which contains an ADA shower stall, ADA toilet stall, standard toilet stall, and double sink set in silver pearl quartz. The building also features a utility room between the bathrooms and a covered porch as well as cultured stone on the exterior with james hard siding, dyed concrete on the interior floors, porcelain tile on walls and shower as well as glass mosaic.
